Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 07 days of delivery.
- Shoes must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customer must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
Reasons for Return
- Wrong size or fit
- Defective or damaged product
- Product not as described
Return Process
- Customer must contact our customer service team via phone or email within 07 days of delivery.
- Provide order details, reason for return, and return address.
- We will provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
- Customer must ship the shoes back to us with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
Refund
- Refund will be processed within 14-16 working days of receiving the returned shoes.
- Refund will be made through the original payment method.
Exchange
- Customers can exchange shoes for a different size or style within 07 days of delivery.
- Customer must pay any price difference for the new shoes.
Exceptions
- Sale or discontinued items may have different return policies.
- Customized or personalized shoes are non-returnable.
